An innovative building company, established in Sydney, NSW since 1998 and servicing the residential sectors of the Inner West, Northern and Eastern Suburbs.

 

We regularly undertake works that are architecturally challenging and technically complex, working directly with Clients or their preferred architect, and using a solid team of long-term experienced tradespeople.

As the principal of Reiss Constructions, I bring 20+ years experience in successful project management and building in the industry, to each job we do. I personally guarantee the quality and finish of the works we undertake and complete. It is our mission to deliver excellence at all times to the Clients we serve.

We strive to create a fluid and stress-free building process for our clients, as much as is possible with renovations that will regularly be multifaceted, technically intricate and often unpredictable, to deliver a seamless result.

 

 

Our approach is always one of collaboration and communication with Clients, to build a trusting relationship and ensure that realisation of a Client’s vision for their home becomes just that.

Constructing a solid foundation, whether it be creating a new development, underpinning and shoring up an existing residence, or restoring the integrity of a heritage home – getting it right at ground level equals alignment of all other structural elements along the way, right to the end.

 

In turn this equates to a home that will withstand the rigours of the Australian climate and the wear and tear of busy family lives over the long term, greatly adding to a Client's Return on Investment.
