"The scope of the work was to complete a 2 storey rebuild of the back of a Californian bungalow with pool and renovation of the front section of the house, new roof and replacement of the front verandah, landscaping and driveway.

Kevin and the team turned up bang on time, were polite and helpful in every way and stuck to time and budget despite heavy rain and changes in our scope of works. We were particularly impressed with how they dealt with problems along the way including changing the construction materials when required.

I was heavily pregnant and had never done a renovation before so needed a trustworthy builder to guide me along the way. We did not have a project manager or an architect after the design phase and we didn’t feel we needed one with Reiss Constructions.
